IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE APPLYING IRCTC ID

Please find the IRCTC id rejected data due to duplicate email id, mobile number, PAN and incorrect address document. Please check and update other email/mobile/address proof in the following link.

Mobile Exist:
Need to update new mobile number (make sure the mobile number is not being used anywhere in IRCTC)

Email Exist:
Need to update new email address (make sure the email id is not being used anywhere in IRCTC)

PAN Exist:
Need to close the existing IRCTC account.

Address Issue:
Need to upload a proper and clear CSC center address proof along with email/mobile. (BSNL bill, Rental agreement in English, bank passbook etc. are the valid proofs. Please avoid Eb bill receipts)

தீர்வு:

மொபைல்:

நடைமுறையில் ஐஆர்சிடிசியில் உபயோகத்தில் இல்லாத ஒரு மொபைல் எண்ணை பதிவு செய்யவும்.

மின்னஞ்சல்:

நடைமுறையில் ஐஆர்சிடிசியில் உபயோகத்தில் இல்லாத ஒரு ஈமெயில் ஐடியை பதிவு செய்யவும்.

PAN:

ஏற்கனவே பான் எண் இணைத்துள்ள IRCTC கணக்கை மூட வேண்டும் அல்லது அதிலிருந்து வெளியேறவும்.

முகவரி பிரச்சினை:

மின்னஞ்சல்/மொபைலுடன் சரியான மற்றும் தெளிவான CSC மைய முகவரி ஆதாரத்தை பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும். (BSNL பில், ஆங்கிலத்தில் வாடகை ஒப்பந்தம், வங்கி பாஸ்புக் போன்றவை சரியான சான்றுகள். Eb பில் ரசீதுகளைத் தவிர்க்கவும்)
